Reports and Dashboards

AutoPrax was developed with an ophthalmologist with more than 25 years  of private practice experience being the team leader of the development team.  The development team further consists of a chartered accountant, three industrial engineers, three software engineers and the input from two lawyers to ensure compliance with the legal aspects arising from POPIA and SARS legislation.  No stone was left unturned when it comes to the availablility of financial reports in the software package.  A great number of reports are available for download in either excel format or as PDFs.  These reports were handed to professional auditors for final checks and we are happy to report that all our reports got the nod.  This gives you as final user of the system the peace of mind that you may transact without worrying about uncomfortable queries from the tax man.

How Much Does It Cost?

Software as a Service

The Software as a service option is mostly aimed at young practitioners who are starting a new practice and are not producing as many invoices as an established practice. This option is also usefull for established practices during their onboarding phase should they elect to use the program for new appointments only, while the old software system gradually phases out.  We recommend this option for any practitioner who will in all likelihood create less than 150 invoices per month.
 

Fixed Monthly Subscription

We recommend this option for practices that continuously bill more than an average of 150 invoices per month. Switching, famchecks, ERAs, SMSes and emails are still calculated by the amount of times they are used per month. Switches that fail, or switches that are reversed and resubmitted remain uncharged.
